Help wi Caravan regs?????

Hi all,
First time post and looking for some help.

Just been asked to test a caravan park that has never been tested. Few things cropped up while we were looking over it.

The most notable would be that it was all wired in 4mm 2c SWA ring mains on 60a MCB. this covered six caravans...

Surely this aint right. Any feed back would be a great help

We have four main incomers to the site.
one does Reception Complex,
one supplies House, Bar, Barn, Pump House and Caravans
and the other two do Caravans only.
As i say a quick layout of circuits was carried out.
We then have Ring mains wired in 4mm 2cSWA supplying five to six vans.
Each of the vans has isolator switches under each van. No testing to be done on vans.
All isolators are to be changed to RCD Main switches.

We are back up there in a cxouple of weeks to carry out all testing but just wanting a few pointers????

a 4mm 2c swa can only carry 37 amps so even wired as a ring a 60a mcb is far to big , rewire in 10mm or drop it to a 40amp mcb

Sounds as if this site is a complete can or worms to me. Don't be too surprised, if the whole lot needs completely rewiring...lol!!

Cheers for the heads up up there testing it next week but see what the boss says first.....
