Help with ID of surface mount dome lights

Hi, I am trying to ID the make of some dome shape panel lights. They would be pre 1976 but could be still made. They are a shallow dome with a chrome ring around the bottom that matches the curve of the lens. The lenses have rings around the inside. The size is about 35-45 mm. I was a welder for twenty five years and I think I have seen them on a piece of Industrial equipment, maybe a Lathe or Milling machine or even a switch box. I would appreciate any ideas.

I've just spent another two hours on Google and I still haven't found the right ones so I'm starting to think that they don't make this type anymore. If everyone can please keep an eye open for some for me, maybe on some old machinery I would really appreciate it. I would of course pay for any that you find, even the info on what machine they are on would be handy.

I have just learned that these are not complete lights but lenses that fit on to the panel with the light underneath. Here is a pic from a kids 70's TV show

They were used in lots of TV shows and movies of that period.

I have found two of these lenses but I'm still no nearer finding out the maker, here are a couple of pics.
