Help with metering issues

Hi, you may remember my issues regarding Bulb some time ago. I now have another question regarding my previous supplier - I have an R and T reading on my utility meter. Bulb have now reimbursed what they owed me, due to them taking the T reading and not deducting the R. Sse were my previous suppliers and are still my feed in tariff supplier. I am trying (without much luck), to get a reimbursement from them, as they also only took the T reading, which I believe is T and R combined. They are telling me that because my feed in tariff is generation and "deemed export", they were billing me correctly and the R is not deductabke from the T on that fact. Can anyone help me out here...again? Many thanks Guys.
