help with price of job

hi can any one please give me some advice about pricing a new build houses i got to price for 3 and 7 more when required the builds are 5 bed detacted with double garages he ask for 4 sockets per room tv,phone ,alarm,
its been a while since i done these project , the will be 2men on the job

why not give evryone a full list and you'll get something accurate i'm sure...... 20 dsso, 15 pendants, mains board etc also where the job is, timber frame, chasing, swimming pool etc
