Hi guys new too this, currently workin as an electrical fitter in industry and going on my own outside of my full time job. Weekends and days off ect.

Ive got my 17th ed regs and 2391 got my tools and meter and the van!
Got a load of kitchen rewires lined up si that good news

Pne thing im puzzled about atm id declaring my earnings. As i am full time employed would my takings from my werkend work be added onto my full time salary uf you get me? Tax and all that jazz :(

I know i need public liability insurance is there any other insurance needed?

Having my napit assesnment soon so wonderung if you had any pointers on that things they like to see besides uour skills?

You can work full time and run a business as well but you need to inform HMRC if you dont and you get caught then they will say you have been doing it for the past 5 years and will tell you not ask but tell you what you owe. Remember they are not daft they can find out when you bought your van tester euipment wholesaler accounts.

Also if you want to learn anything on this forum drop the text speak as this shows you are either not committed, lazy or immature and please do not see this as a put down but more of a wake up call
as a lot of guys will not answer these types of post and as for me well I will answer the first out of courtesy
