can you run meter tails in pvc trunking out side from the meter to the consumer as the old meter tails are in the wall and need to be changed the meter box is out side and what is the maximum length of the meter tails many thanks

Yes but can you not use Metalic as it will tick box for mechanical protection...!!! otherwise a RCD may have to be used..!!
