can anyone plz tell me how to insert a image on here from my pc

when writing in the text box, click on the paperclip picture at the top and browse for the picture to upload. Then insert the picture by clicking on the arrow next to the paperclip and click on your picture name.

thanks,, keep trying but not happening every time i go to insert image box comes up asking for URL,, bloody pain in the ---,, typ in the name of my pic some silly box come but dont show pic

Hit the tab and then scroll down and use the attachment feature...

If it is your own picture (as opposed to a picture from the internet) on most forums you have to put it on the net first via somewhere like Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket. It doesn't cost anything.
