how can it be? the Halogens are probably 50 watt and boiling hot, the LEDs probably 5-7 watt and cool also LEDs these days are fire proof and the halogens unlikely to be so, completely different lights and loading.

You would be modifying a single circuit and not in the zones of a bathroom, so not notifiable.
