1. single and multicore thermoplastic and thermosetting insulated cables

2. insulated and sheathed flat cables with protective conductor

3. MICC with and without pvc sheath

4. SWA cables XLPE and thermoplastic

5. braided flexible cables

6. data cables twisted pair

7. fibre opticcable

8. fire resistant cable

You also have to try a bit and give your ideas
*ambient temperature* what temperature can the different types of cables operate at and what will happen if the ambient temperature changes?
effect of moisture on insulation* is the insulation of the various cables affected by moisture, how does it affect them.
corrosive substances* are the cables damaged by corrosive substances, if so which ones and which cables would be better to use
UV* which colours and types of material degrade in the presence of UV light (sunshine) which types do not
damage animals* are the cables able to withstand an animal gnawing, biting, rubbing against them if not then which cables could be used that would not be affected or how would you protect them.
