Hide radiator pipes behind plasterboard.

Hello everybody! Could you please give me advice on what is the best way to hide radiator pipes behind the plasterboard? I have heard from other plumbers that if i will chase the wall and wanted to fill channel with filler or cement, copper pipes needs to be covered with foam insulation. What about if i will put those copper pipes in chased channel and cover with plasterboard without filling chaser? is that good practise to do it or there is have to be specific regulations on how to hide pipes inside the wall?
