i want to reposition some sockets to new height 450 and i have to flush fit them, here is my problem what can i use to fill and close the hole were the original socket was . i have 7 sockets to move

Yes, agreed. I've removed the unnecessary post. Starting a slanging match just increases the workload for the staff so please don't.
 
one coat plaster from B&Q. however, if the cables come from below and need to be joined, get an electrician in to do the job.
 
If the hole is deep...save money on plaster by mixing it 50/50 with sharp sand, fill to just below the surface then top coat with plaster (easifill 45 or similar...easifill 20 sets too quick), sand also makes the base layer stronger. Dampen the chase with water to slow the drying, make the plaster key better and avoids *most* cracking.
