hello i am wondering all the ways of how to fiz a high Zs reading as i no this mean internal earth reading including bonding??

befor u all start im only asking

Check all the relevant connections in the circuit, also a faulty mcb might increase the value. Check the connections to the MET.

Have you checked Ze? What is your calculated Zs using Zs=Ze+R1+R2?
As kmcgold says use additional protection such as RCD/RCBO or sup bond.

Supplementary bonding, use of Rcbo or Rcd. Using different rating breaker, ie change d type to c type or c type to b type, or lower current rating.

As lads have said, you should investigate first, as you may well be sorting the symptoms but not the cause. Past results should point you in the direction of corrosion as you would see gradual increase in readings.

Low IR readings wouldn't affect your Zs. You wouldn't test Zs without having carried out dead tests first.
I mentioned checking past results, as it may point you in the direction of an ongoing problem, corrosion being an example.
Often when fault finding you can run around and guess at complicated problems, and overlook the simple ones.
