HMO quote

I've been asked to quote for a rewire incuding emergency lghting and fire alarm system. This is for a landlord. My question is do i need the LD2 fire alarm panel or can i quote for an interlinked smoke alarm system ?

I am 1 of 3 electricians that has been asked to quote so i need to be competitive

Right just having alook and according to AICO.

1 or 2 storey HMO - Grade D, LD3 (minimum)
Grade LD2 if risk assessment dictates
