Hey everyone.

Done a quick search and could only find a couple snippets here and there.

Currently considering taking this course but just wondering if anyone has any recomendations or feedback regarding if its worth it, job prospects after etc. Looking at going towards a design role and ive heard some companies particularly on the supply side are looking for guys with this qual.

Its ÂŁ950 a year at my local college for 2 years, with the option of HND + degree route afterwards, but apparently may go up to 3k a year with govnt cuts so looks like its this year or a no go for me really.

Thanks in advance :smoking:

I think its sort after by larger companies looking for guys in design positions mainly, but the hnc briefly touches PLCs, and so after you can go from the hnc/hnd to a PLC course. Also heavy current can lead to things like pf correction etc.
