Has anybody got a good template for doing a home buyers report , just a visual one to advise for upgrades etc?

Might make it easier :)
 
There is no such thing as a Home Buyers Report. Officially (BS7671) there is only the PIR, which is what you should try to pursuate the seller or purchaser to have. Failing this many companies (and the NIC) offer a "visual inspection" the format of which is whatever you want.
