home made LED track lighting

Existing installation: track lighting - 14 halogen MR16 50W spotlight units - each containing own transformer.
What I have done was a simple replacement of internal 12V/50W transformer with LED driver 12V/8W and 50W halogen bulb with 6W SMD LED bulb.

The question is: Does it comply with regs? What regs chapter would it fall into?

The problem is the conformity unless you supply test results and a rating plate like a manufacturer does.
