Any Ideas! Went to a job the other day on a commercial premises and when I felt the red phase the 25mm tail was red hot. Now when tried a clamp meter red phase was carrying 32 amps blue-32 amps and yellow is 60 amps. Also voltage coming in was 228 volts. Why would red phase get hot when carrying only 32 amps? Would it be anything to do with harmonics?.
