hiya guys

just a quick one i don't suppose any of you live in the Hartlepool area and any good with alarms i've got keys for my new house today and there seems to be no power at the key pad and im hopeless with alarms just wondered if someone could pop and have a look for me more than likely a 2 min job but as i said hopeless

if someone can help me out tomorrow would be grate pm me if you can or email me @ [email protected]

thanks in advance

Find a manual online for the specific system.

I have only installed one alarm system before and personally would first make sure the panel is on...

Then test at the pad for a voltage across any wire, if none check internal fuses in the panel.

Start from the beginning, and wear some ear plugs!

I live in bedlington,my sons gf is at Middlesbrough uni, and I quite often take him thru there, if u don't get anyone else let me know and I will pop in

Have a look inside the keypad, see if its getting power, if not go to the panel, see if there is any power going to it.
if not check the fuses iinside
ps if it is a fuse the best place to get them is a car accessory shop
