Hi Guys is there anybody out there carrying out repair work for Housing 21, there Schedule of Rates don't make any sense to us eg: 5quid to renew a fluorescent tube not going to get rich on that are we.

Was on rewires/upgrades in an OAP block of flats cpl of years ago ! some made tea every 15mins, some made off, some just boxed you in and wouldnt stop talking going on and on and on ! prob didnt get many visitors ! if it was there or similar it would take 5 mins to change the flo, 10 mins to drink ya tea and the other 45 mins to get mrs briggs off your stepladder !

Mind you it would be good if your replacing fluorescents at £5 a pop as long as you have a pair of them plasterers luke skywalker stilts on ! that way if they tried boxing you in you could just step over them !

£5 is not good if you're only replacing 1 or 2 on a visit, but anything over 10 then it's decent money. 50 quid for an hour's work.
