Solar Panels Deadline - www.companeo.co.uk/solar-panels - Receive 43.3p/kWh If You Install Solar Panels Before 31 Mar 2012!

Google ads advert and not just the only company I have seen saying 43p. If you buy leads from these companies then you are gonna have to pay for the lead and then explain to the customer the true tariff.

I phoned their 0800 number and asked about the tariff at 43p but was given a vague response and told to fill out the form and a company in my area would get in touch.

Just reported one of our local installers to REAL who have a clock on their website counting down to the reduction in tariff from 43p to 21p! I'm fuming it gives us all a bad name and it's hard enough to explain a ridiculously complicated scheme to the customers without this rubbish! Yougen and some others have started a campaign against it but REAL are collecting evidence between now and the end of March - what use is that!!! :83:

I suspect they do not give a ---- as probably like countless others that are doing this , they know that they are not going to be around to have to explain themselves when the """" hits the fan !

You'd think they'd be concerned they have a £20 million turnover - maybe that's the point .....

I can't see anything wrong with it. I thought if you installed now you would get 43.3p/kWh until March 31st. It is what you get after then that is debatable. It does not say you will get 43.3p/kWh for 25 years.

Great - take it while you can - use one of those kits you paid for in Nov ;-)

We're booked out until 2nd week in March now and the phones have just started to ring with customers realising they haven't long to get things sorted.

Fingers crossed for decent weather - pleased I moved the San Fran AGAIN!

Exactly. Its what it doesn't say but misleads you into thinking, that is the con. I have a potential customer that I have had to point to the Decc FIT statement because he is confused by it all.

can anyone recommend a supplier of kits, I have been requesting quotes and info for days of various companies and feel i am hitting my head againest a brick wall, do any of them know what customer service means?

Well, aint that just typical, I have been sitting about since dec 12th, trying to figure this whole thing out, waiting for one date, then another, then another, as I would not sell at 43p (or even 21p) as nothing was confirmed, even the 21p was proposed, and of the few people that I saw and explained things as well as I could, 3 of them wanted to go ahead with me today as I was the only person who had been honest with them, and the company that I sell for are fully booked now...
Barking and fume have a lot to answer for....

I think you'll find that you're in a long line of customers wanting installations in a short space of time. There are only so many of us and if we're out quoting, sourcing materials (a full time job in itself) or on a job then we can't always give fanatastic customer service, blame the government for their ridiculous changes not the installers - we're just trying to help as many people as possible.

So far we have turned down 2 jobs because we can't fit them in in time and we've stayed loyal to our customers that we've been working with since the New Year.

sorry, didnt explain myself well enough, we are installers and I need some stock, but no one is getting back to me !
