How do i record test results for a dimmer pack with 8 lighting circuits?

Record test for circuit to dimmer rack then on seperate sheet record readings for each output channel ( when doing IR test with L&N + E ) JUST IN CASE - WHAT MAKE IS IT

Think they are Mode and have seven of from three d.b's.There are several new circuits being added to existing installation so i am only testing additions to an existing installations.Recorded test results for new circuits and thought i would need a seperate sheet for each dimmer pack.Also if alterations have been done to ring mains do i include these on test sheets or minor works.CHEERS.

If I touch it I certify (and charge for certification) Mode electronics can withstand full IR test but dont test the inputs. alterations - minor works
seperate test sheet for each rack ( dimmer pack )

Cheers Bugsy mate.Was unsure about IR test on dimmer also though tested individually each circuit.
