In a word no it wont do all the required for 17th Edition. however if you can lay your hands on a Robin KTS1620 then this will. A finer piece of kit you will not find, I had one for several years and only stopped using it cos it got broken. Brilliant tool and very easy to use, ideal starter kit in my experience.

But the Robin serperates are just as good and easy.

only prblem with seperate testers is when it comes to having them calibrated it can get expensive. I know cef do a half price day but even then it might well add to more than ÂŁ100 to get 3 testers done. Just so the nice part p man can be kept happy
