how long does it take to update frimware on a 3000HF

Sorry if there has been other posts on this but how long does it take to update frimware on a SB3000HF. I have to do this on a customers house tomrrow so I thought i would try mine first. May be wished I had not now as it seems to be stuck on "UPDATE MAIN CPU". Have I cocked it up by starting this update when there is no DC volts? (because its dark now) Any Help, would be appreciated

The manual says this:-

Update main CPU failed Internal device fault
Corrective measures:
• Contact the SMA Serviceline

Dont do the upgrade in the dark!

I know this from experience! It will finish okay, just leave it alone, once the sun comes up the upgrade will complete okay.
