How long to do all this?

All this access to floor boards and dry wall without making good? One person!

3 bedrooms - 3 twin sockets, 1 light, 1 swith.
2 hallways up and down - 2 twin sockets, 1 light, 1 swith 2way.
2 bathrooms up and down - 1 light, 1 fan, 1 pullcord.
lounge 1 - 4 twin sockets (2 near tv), 1 light, 1 switch.
lounge 2 - 4 twin sockets (2 near tv), 1 light, 1 switch.
kitchen - 4 twin sockets, 2 single single sockets controlled by spurs. cooker circirt switch and outlet. 1 light 1 switch. floor boards through out fuseboard 17th ed and test plus gas and water bonding.

If property is empty 6-7 days, usual clause of having to see it first though. 8 hour days.

I was thinking 10 - 11 days as property is empty!

Hard to say really.

I have done a job like this on my own and it took 5 days, that went like a dream tho, good access, soft brick, no insulation etc etc

But then I had one that took me nearly 3 weeks, where everything was an absolute pig!

On average tho if you allow 7-10 days then you wont be far wrong.
