Probably 10 or 11, can't remember. My first car was a 1.4 mini metro, like carp off a shovel with it being so light. My uncle used to joke that me being 6'4" I'd need to take the front seat out and sit in the back like hightower off police academy, and it stuck.

The best vehicle I've owned though was a '95 Nissan Largo imported from Japan. Absolutely loved that van, for a van which was 18 years old at the time I had it, it was a dream to drive.

Hey Pete, my first car was an A35!! Cost me less than ÂŁ70 I guess in 1968.
Two spanners and you could fix anything. Except for the rust in the sills!

Austin A35, MG Midget, Sunbeam Rapier, Honda S800 (had a motorcycle engine),Triumph Dolomite, MGB,
Toyota Celica, Honda Prelude, another MGB (in British Racing Green. Midlife crisis etc...),
BMW 323 Convertible, Mini Countryman (current)

Got some pix of them all, somewhere.
