Without seeing the job or knowing where in the country you are it is a bit of an open ended question.

have you done one before?, as to know how long it will take, have you tested the rest of the installation to see if its up to scratch.

I think allot of people will be about the 350 mark but it all depends.

labour only 200-250. if the earting and bonding need doing as well would need to see for an accurate price for that

I did one last week for £320, but that included board, and had already checked bonding, etc

If bonding is in place and a few pre checks have been done around borrowed neutrals etc then proberly between £220-£250 including cert. as others have said if bonding is missing or other stuff needs correcting then depends on access etc..
