Try SLIQ invoicing its 30 day free trial then about £30 after that, its also does alot of your basic accounting too , its perfect for a sole trader id say, and looks more professional than doin your own!

I'll second that, its a good bit of software and not hard to use. Can be customised with your own logos etc very easily.

the thing ive seen with subbies,no matter how you invoice be prepaired to wait at least 30 days to be paid, keep at whovever your subbing too to get paid quicker..keep it polite and just badger them..

Ok cheers for all your input I have to take 3% retention do I do this before or after tax?

Just been put on this site there doing a second fix. No core holes ducts or grills in scaffold is down now and cml on Monday. Worst run site I've ever been on. Site agent didn't pick up on core holes let the jointers put the meterboxs back and siliconed in with tails in cavity behind. When the unit was wired the porch was not built so all legs back to board including bts where just tacked in the ceiling no where near where they needed to be, ok rant over.
