Hi fellow bright sparks , I hope you all like problem solving.
I have purchased a commercial microwave it is 400V AC 50 Hz , 16A, 10,5Kw its a large one
it works super quick , will cook a chicken in 3 minutes including browning, a friend of mine has the right supply in his workshop!
My problem is the people who are interested in it are asking if it can be converted to 240V - can it be converted - does it need converting ? can I simply connect a 240V supply to it and it takes 6 minutes not 3 ?.
any help would be much appreciated.
thanks
Mike
