How to proceed?

Hi,
Can anyone shed any light on how I certify my work before I join a Part P scheme? I have just passed exams and now want to join a scheme but cant find any info on how to certify and notify anything I do before then.

If the work that you do is in the corner shop or non notifiable work in a domestic property you can issue your own certificate.

If however your work in a domestic property is notifiable you must notiy building control before you start unless its an emergency they will require a payment prices vary and you would need to find out the cost before you quote.
