How to size a Auto Transformer Tapping % for a Pump motor ? Thanks

Dear all,

as suggested by the factory a Auto transformer tapping is 52% for our pump motor, which is 380V 3 phase.
As a result, I should demonstrate how's come the setting is 52 % for the captioned motor.

May I know for the calculation for it? what kind of information i should know before the sizing the tapping % ? Thanks a lot!

Dear sir, my point of view is I only have the attached information from pump / motor factory, may I know that, can I base on the attached information to sizing / calculate the Auto-Tx tapping ?
Actually, I’m a junior staff on electrical, I don’t know how can I start to find out the tapping, would you please advance? Any web site, books I can read ? Thanks a lot!!
