How to use photobucket

I want to be able to put some pics on the forum and going by the advice on a couple of threads I've set up a Photobucket account and put a couple of photos on there but how do I get them from there to here? Please help I'm having a blond moment.

it from what i can remember it has its own codes on there but i normally click the picture icon and then pop in the image url and jobs done

It worked (kind of) but it had a rude word with the pic.
