Guys, this will be simple for you but a head ache for simpletons like me.
I've installed a wood burning boiler stove and now want to oil boiler to work as a backup. The solution is to fit a pipe stat to the flow side of the stove and leave the heating on constant and turn the boiler temp down or off when we don't want heat.
However, we don,t want the pump to run 24/7. So I want to have the pipe stat switch the pumps on when the fire is lit or the boiler temp is turned on.
Is this possible and if so what wire goes to where?
