How to wire swa to flex of different sizes

How would you connect 16mill swa to 1.5 mill flex?

Option 1
Do as already said but use a 6 amp breaker at the origin of the SWA and prominatly mark as not to be changed in anyway, or preferably...

Option 2
where you make the joint to lower cas cable you'll have to fuse down somehow. Maybe a metal box, gland the SWA into it, a FCU on the front lid, then a gland out the other side for your flex.

Depends on the application; highways, I'd use a resin joint, doubling over the 1,5 to ensure good contact. What is it?

I presumed you only were asking how to physically connect the 2 cables. Do you need the whole shebang?
