Option 1
Do as already said but use a 6 amp breaker at the origin of the SWA and prominatly mark as not to be changed in anyway, or preferably...

Option 2
where you make the joint to lower cas cable you'll have to fuse down somehow. Maybe a metal box, gland the SWA into it, a FCU on the front lid, then a gland out the other side for your flex.
