How was taught to wire lighting circuits?

When you was taught to wire lighting where was you taught to wire the neutral?

I was looking for the bell wire option ....................as that was always a popular method by enthusiastic DIY'ers

was going to include in .5 flex

just done some outside lights using a 3 way remote switch from maplin cracking for switching outside lights no switch wires

Mostly 3 plate in domestic and 2 plate when running singles. Prefer 3 plate, just a personal thing.

Recently put a downstairs bog in and is directly under top tread of stairs, space limitation meant I used 2 plate with wago boxes, although acceptable I don't like it.
