V1=1.4

V2=4.5

V3=-3.4
 
The OP has posted a string of threads which appear to be coursework or assignment questions, without any evidence of having tackled them or any background info, just the question itself.

@Hamzah712 as per my comment in another thread, please do not simply post questions. If you want assistance, please explain what and why,

In this case, multiply V3 by the closed-loop gain of the first op-amp, then for each summing resistor of the second op-amp multiply the input voltage by the gain and add.
