If i'm unsure and cannot confirm, I mark the form "60/80a" or "80/100a" depending on the supply size.
My part p inspector has never given me an improvement notice for doing it this way.
I have also come across service fuses that are not marked in any way!
 
Think D80 was thinking that block which the red is going into was a fuse carrier, but it looks like a connector block only.

There is a good chance that you maybe able to get your customer an upgrade on that beast. Get hold of the DNO and tell them that when the system is loaded you can hear crackling, there is a good chance that there maybe a fused neutral in there as well.

As for the no load I should be fine .....................be careful son because if you have a shared neutral on that with another house under a 3 phase system you will get a nasty belt

You're right I expect, have seen similar to those as fuse carriers but it may have been in industrial in control panels.

i=p/u best phone Power NI (formerly NIE) and complain as you said, have to listen to a grumpy man for an hour or two but they should replace that relic.
