Have purchased a genuine Hygena replacement motor for extractor fan APP2420. The motor supplied is HTG12802310118 but differs from the original by having an additional connection tag which is clearly a termination for two winding wires. This tag does not exist on the original, all other tags and overtemperature cutout position etc are identical in both motors.
The suppliers are unable to answer the question and I have yet to find contact details for the motor manufacturer.

Looking at the image of the old motor, the new motor has an additional tag immediately to the left of the tag with white wire connection in the bottom left corner of the picture. If anyone is familiar with the correct connection scheme for this replacement motor, then I would be pleased to hear from you,
