Personally i give Learn Drivers more space as they can make errors, we should of all been there and done it our selfs.
as for letting on coming cars come by, they were right to, it was their side of the road.
I did think he tail gated, i know myself ive been in some thing like that, but mine was a road were the cars are parked ever side so no one has main part of the road, i let some cars come by and next thing i know 20 more, and non give me a break and go.
Give and Take, but in this video the Learner driver was right not to push. as for the Van Driver, give Learns space, it can be scary and make errors, NEVER TAIL GATE, things can happen and then your smashing in to someone.
