I need help and fast!!!!!!

Hi all i need to renew my j.i.b card, i dont work for a jib company anymore, now self employed, but my ecs health and safety has expired too, need to get this done first before i can renew my jib card, so i looked on the net for this and costs were ridiculus, i live in the west midlands, any help with a contact number or website to get this sorted would be very gratefully recieved, the letter i had attached with my jib renewal form said it shouldnt cost any more than £35 quid, BUT WHERE???, thanks again in advance as you guys havent failed me in the past

contact eca. i know there's a centre in Lymm ( jn. 20, M6 ) where you can take it it is £35. the booklet, if you need it , is £15 from ECA.
