I want to connect 100 led recessed lights to 2 dimming switches. What could I use to do that?

Is that one hundred lights?
yes. I see some dimmers say 450 watts so if I have leds that are 8 watts I can hook up like 50. But I want to do that over 3 dimmers but have 1 dimmer put them all on that wont cost a fortune

Not that straight forward as that 450w is likely to be for incandescent loads. LEDs do not translate in the same way so a rule of thumb can be used which is for LED loads to divide the incandescent rating of 450w by 10 so this gives you 45w for LED.

Your best bet is to speak to a local lighting supply company, they will speak to manufacturers for you and help design a system of lights and dimmers that will work together as anticipated.
