It was quite a posh do, all done in Dulwich Village.... yes

It was for the baby of one of my Mrs' oldest friends..

Her parents are also best friends with my future in-laws.

Basically, I went along because I was invited, and Emily (my gal) wanted me to go so I could meet some of these folks seeing as we're getting married soon.

Anyway, I knew nobody there and I was bored ****less.. All I wanted was a pint, but all they were serving was wine and.........

It made the whole experience ever so much more worthwhile.

Where abouts in Dulwich mate? I live in West Dulwich - yes WEST, NOT EAST (peckham) Dulwich.

Erm.. I think it was at 'The Dulwich Picture Gallery' or something like that. Dulwich Village way.

It only took us 5 minutes from College Road in Crystal Palace where my best mate lives....

Yeah, just looked it up.. Just off the 205 near Lordship Lane.

I couldn't believe it.. When the waiter came round to top up the glasses for a second time, the actual foil bit that peels off when you pop the cork out had covered the 'A'... So it actually just read 'BELLEND'

Nobody even batted an eyelid.

Damn them! DAMN THEM ALL!
