Ib on Remote DB

When designing a distribution circuit for a two way board ( 6A lighting + 16A socket radial ) .
Would the Ib design current for the supply cable be 6+16 amp ? + diversity ?

you could do it that way, or just estimate the actual load on the 2 circuits added together.

In info on exporting pme ?

Im constantly bombarded with q's and arguments on it.
to my understanding the only time it cant be exported is when there is extr. conductive parts in the garage/shed. then a rod to be placed and a seperate rcd.

if not the shed can be protected by the main boards rcd then pme exported.
Main switch and mcbs in garage board ?
