Hey if a motor is rated at 0.37kW and will be run in delta. and the power factor is 0.65 at a voltage of 400v in 3 phase how do you work out the running current.

is it 0.37/400??

Remember when working out design current for 3phase the formula changes to Ib=P/(√3XUL) plus the factor needs to applied in the formula.

what does the abreitation Uo mean please?

Uo is the line voltage to earth.

However that is incorrect for your scenario.

You want UL, as it is given in syllabus, or U, as it is defined in BS7671. This is for the voltage between lines (i.e. 400v). Use it as I wrote it down earlier.

And there you have it ...........no messing around just the advice you asked for nothing more nothing less.
