Ic downlights with rockwool

Hi does any one know or fitted ic integrated downlights suitable for rockwool .most say lay over insulation which is your standard glass wool which I normally move as far away from the cutout and try to move to the side. Without considering insulation guards or clips is there such a product.would a can be better then the unit would never fail only the lamp .its between floors so no real access.
