idea for a prog/ software issue need senior geek sparks and the like

hi guys i have been doing a lot of research for 2391 and the like an i have got an idea for a complete programme that deals with 2391 /. 17th regs but i do not posses the knowledge for comp code to process my idea but i feel it would be great money/ trade guide to to the elec world......my idea is copyright since posting so arf arf plus i have registered my full idea with my lawyer so in any terms what i need is a pc sparky geek and a pc super duper 17th nerd basically that wants 2 make money/ pm me if intrested.....ps this is not a quick fix to earning sum cash i have done my sums an it will take approx 2-3 years production pre profits but by then if the hard work has been done we will all be raking it in please pm your details and any questions you may have many thanks for reading my post

I hate waiting 60 days for payment, never mind 3 years.

But anyhow, how do you propose dealing with the frequent ammendments to regs? And when the 2391 is changed? (as it will when the PIR is replaced by an inspect by numbers form)

No Jud I haven't heard of Intellectual Property, and just in case I'm wrong I'll pop down to my local patent office and register my water into beer idea and my make you irresistible woman spray.
