Hum, an elderly lady asked me today what this remote does:


There's no identification on it so can anyone suggest what manufacturer it is?

Think it is the Wise remote as per this link you need to look for the outside wiring box and see what lights it used to control!

Yep that's definitely a 4 channel wisebox switch fob.
must have garden lights or water feature unless lights in the hose have been wire wirelessly (huh)

Is it a remote for those 'energy saving' sockets which energy companies sent out for free a few years ago?

No idea what make it is though - if they were giving them away free I would expect them to be generic.

Think it is the Wise remote as per this link you need to look for the outside wiring box and see what lights it used to control!

As I thought. They have a couple of the wireless "indoor" switches - 1 of which controls some light and the other has flat batteries. The Fob didn't do anything but I suspect flat batteries in that too.
