Hi all, sorry if this is wrong forum.
I am looking to install an Ikea Datid OV5/3 built in double oven (no hob)
After looking around I found out some ovens can go on a 13amp plug.
Trouble is, the oven I have has NO information of wattage or rating or anything, I've tried looking on t'inter-web but can not find a bean on it.
I can download the instructions, assemble info and guide, but I cant see anywhere in them the actually rating.
As per Appliance guides - IKEA
Anyway, if anyone knows or can see the needed information in the guide could someone advise on the wiring needed.
I wan planning on 6.0mm cable from CU on a 32amp MCB on the RCB side of CU then running that to oven isolation switch then down to connector plate.
My question really is, will 6.0mm be okay? and will 32amp be okay if the oven a lot less (so much so it could go on a 13amp plug)
Any advice muchly appreciated.
Thanks all
Oooo, forgot to mention, the oven has a thick cable out the back with capped ends so i take from the size of this cable it wont go in a plug
