And this is coming from someone living in a country where they deep fry Mars bars?? 🤣
I was once dared to eat 2 kingsize deep fried mars bars , for about 20 mins afterwards I swear i was having a mild heart attack

Never had one, never even seen one!
I think it’s an urban myth.

Although a local butcher does do crème egg scotch eggs at Easter.
True story (and one that @davesparks and a few others on here will relate to...) Was running temp power on a large food festival a few years back, standard sort of supplies for that tend to be 16/1's for fridges, maybe 32/1's for larger setups and very occasionally you might get asked for a 32/3 by a larger vendor (because mostly they all use LPG systems for cooking). Anyway, there'd been a short notice replacement for a trader that we had no knowledge of, so this trailer appears and I ask the guy what power he needs (bearing in mind that it's all charged for) and he says a 125/3. And sure enough, there's a 125/3 inlet on the wagon but that's not uncommon(ish) as people will wire up the internals to whichever way makes sense but it doesn't necessarily reflect the draw, which is what I'm interested in. So he opens the door for me to see inside...... bank after bank after bank of electric deep fat fryers!! "OK.....so.....I'll just see if I can find a spare generator for you....." And the name of the vendor??..... 'Taste of Scotland' !!!
