Hi everyone newbie to this forum.
I currently have a gas cooker but I want a fan assisted single electric oven & induction hob installed.
need a sparky to put the wiring in as at the moment there's no electrics for it at all. The main fuse box is on the other side of the wall so looking at a maximum 1.5 mtr run.

So what I'm asking advice on is how much should it roughly cost ? (I understand more info may be needed)

What should I look out for, as in electrician being fully qualified ect ?

Any recommendations in the Coventry West Midlands area ?

I've made the oven housing, can fit & cut out the worktop so only need the wiring.

Thanks in advance :smile5:

The cost will depend on whether your fuseboard needs upgrading and whether you have the appropriate equipotential bonding in place.

As its a new circuit this also falls under Part P!

To indicate a cost on here would be foolish without visiting site!

If you existing fuse board is not suitable you don't necessarily have to replace it. It may be possible just to add a little consumer unit for your cooker.
You need to get a few people round to get some quotes.

Hi thanks for the reply's i think the 30amp in the box is free to use nothing connected.
Any recommendations on a electrician please.

There should be someone here who would be able to give you a quote.
