iv been given a list of remedials (Pir done by previous guy 2 years ago)
1 sockets on skirting upside down I know this is wrong but he has it as a code 2 How would I repair it?
2 2no. Socket in Living Room and x1 in bedroom (very old MK 1960's) ??? coz sockets are old how does this make then code 2
3 all sockets arent RCD cooker ect Im going to fit new CU with Rcbos oly 1 socket circuit

upside down socket? and you can't think of how to make it not be upside down? is this a wind up.

are they upside down because they are too close to the floor to get the plugs in? or is the householder australian?

1 appears to be that they may be too low hence upside down
2 I just thought of that after posting

I Hate doing remedials where someone else has done the PIR its also 60miles from nearest wholesaler and even then they have limited stock but Hey it might not be as bad as it looks

Odd that it has taken them 2 years to decide to act on somebody else's PIR. At least if your doing a CU change you can give it a good test to see how it currently is

Ill be honest if its over 2 years then i would recommend another periodic as there could be more defects develped since then .

It seems that the guy who left and someone in the office had a filing cabinet noone else could find ie Out of sight out of mind It seems that there are a right bundel for this client and this seems to be one of the easier to decypher ones
